Hand cream for very sensitive skin

13 year old dd has very dry hands from extra hand washing, I know it's a very common problem.

Her skin seems to react and go blotchy from many hand creams including Child's Farm which is for sensitive skin.

Any suggestions please?

Dermol cream - its cream that was originally prescribed by the gp for ds' excema. Light enough to use as hand cream and it's also antimicrobial. You can also use it as soap. It comes in a massive green bottle and you can buy over the counter at the chemist. We are all using it at the moment.

I second Dermol. I have contact dermatitis and I wash my hands with Dermol, it’s really good stuff.

I would recommend Superfood hand therapy from Tropic. I was given some by a friend after I'd been visiting a relative in hosptal daily and my hands were red raw. It's really good, not greasy, soothing and hydrating.
I've used it on my 4yo's hands recently and it's really him too and it doesn't sting his sore chapped hands. I've just ordered 3 tubes for myself and a couple of relatives who are suffering after all this hand washing. It's all(?) natural ingredients too. I don't work for them either, I just love this handcream!

Thanks so much for the Dermol recommendation, my hands are bad, DD is also getting very dry hands, and DS is having a hard time washing his hands at all because he has sensory difficulties.

Johnson’s baby lotion you need to use it for a couple of days regularly and it’s a dream ... and I have eczema xx
