I am currently filling out a capability for work questionnaire for Universal Credit on behalf of someone else.
I have filled in the section which asks who you are and why you are filling in the form for someone else with my own details.
Should I fill in the rest of the form as 'John has problems with manual dexterity' or in first person, so ' I have problems with manual dexterity '.
I have never done this before so if there is anyone with any knowledge or experience of this, it would be much appreciated.
