Had a holiday booked for next week (UK break), and last week they rang to confirm they would refund and it would be with me within 3 days. Over a week later and I still don't have it. I chased them today and they said "due to the high volumes of refunds being processed by all companies, the banks are now advising customers it could be up to 15 working days before it goes through. Apologies I cannot help you further, however this is unfortunately out of our hands."
I can't see anything about this anywhere, is this true, or bullshit? Just trying to see if the company is likely to go bust or I'll struggle to get my money, because I've been relying on getting it back, and need to prepare if it's likely that won't happen!
