Exercise for seniors on TV (not Youtube)?

My 85 year old fairly fit father is really missing his swimming three times a week at the moment. He and I are worried about losing his fitness and flexibility during this time. He does have a walk every day and gardens. But I wondered if there are any low-impact fitness/exercise slots on TV (he has Virgin media tv)?

He won't be able to manage Youtube, and I think if I send him a DVD he won't bother. But if it was on whatever channel at 10am each day, he might do. I've googled but can't find any. Would love to hear Phil and Holly are doing it!

Anyone help?
Thank you.

Age Concern website has some videos, if he'd be able to access that? Www.generationgames.org.uk

Thanks posters. But it needs to come up on his tv for him to be able to see and hear it well enough.

What do you mean PHE, @Redwinestillfine? Do they have a tv programme/channel?
