Parental control apps

We have a spare phone that is available for the kids to play on, always supervised loosely and we control the apps installed.

Dd1 is nearly 10 and during lockdown has been using the phone to message and facetime her friends. However, she is starting to get really anxious at bedtimes and we thought we'd try and see what kids titles are free on Audible at the moment for her to listen to as she's falling asleep.

It makes sense for us to download audible on the iPhone so that me and Dh don't lose our phones while she's falling asleep, however I'm concerned that the temptation to keep texting her friends will be too much. She's generally a sensible girl and I have a lot of trust in her, but I remember my parents giving me a TV in my room at a similar age and I couldn't stop myself from watching it, so I know the temptation could be too much...

Can anyone recommend any apps that can block some apps (eg imessage, facetime, Internet) while allowing others?

set up screen time, link on how to do so here. it will allow you to block apps when it reaches a certain time (eg: After 6pm the messaging app is blocked) but allow you to let others be used
