Number for Hermes?

Anybody have a number for Hermes? Was supposed to pick up a parcel yesterday but no one turned up!

Having issues with them at the moment too!!

I looked for this a couple of months ago and couldn’t find one. In the end I had to go back to the supplier of the parcel and they refunded me despite me very much wanting the item. Item turned up a month later! Thanks Hermes

Don't ring Hermes. I found a number recently which was a £6 flat rate. All I got was an automated message telling me exactly what the email from them said (that our parcel has been delivered). When I selected the "speak to someone about your parcel" option an automated voice said I would need to speak to the company from whom I bought the product. Waste of time and money. Go straight to the company instead.

They don't let you ring them. Service is shit.

There literally is no way to contact them AT ALL. Their phone number is just an automated system with no way to contact a human. They don’t have an email address, I tried emailing one I found yesterday and the email bounced back saying that address is no longer in use. They used to have live chat but it’s now just an automated system, again no way to contact a human.

I had a parcel due on Saturday. It said ‘delayed allow 24 hours’ on Saturday but that’s the last time tracking updated. Can’t get in touch with Hermes to find out where it is... sigh. So shit.

@Whoareyoudududu OMG that is awful! I am trying to return a parcel and it was supposed to be collected yesterday ! Its still sat in my hallway 🥴
