Anybody in Vancouver, BC?

I need to contact the police there and not sure how to do it from UK.

Just googled these. They are both Vancouver police station phone numbers, but they are closed now. Vancouver is about 8 hours behind us.

I have emailed the BC police department. Does it take days for emails to be read?
