Baby having seizures

Hi my 4month old has been having like absent/focal seizures for about a month now. I think she has some stomach issues going on like she doesn’t poo very often (I know this can be normal) but the days she doesn’t poo she seems to be very distressed and cries in pain and can see it’s her stomach. On these days she has more seizures and the days she does do a poo she has less or no seizures at all. Has anyone else’s baby had this before. Drs seem a bit baffled so aren’t much help. However she is having a ultra scan on her head and we are awaiting an eeg brain electrodes test too. Thanks

When is she having her seisures? Is she sitting in a high chair or a car seat?

Does she go to sleep shortly afterwards for an unusually heavy sleep?

Has she been checked for reflux? My ds2 had apnoea with it and the dr told us sometimes babies can also have seizures

She will have them anywhere in car seat lying on floor in our arms, in bed etc. Been told to put her on her side during them (recovery like position) she does go to sleep mostly after them. Was advised that's a good sign.

She has a little reflux, nothing major though. I did bring it up with the dr though. However he advised that reflux wouldn't trigger seizures. But did say all babies react differently.
