I'm making my first loaf in my breadmaker after a very long time. I'm glad I checked how it's doing because I forgot to add the water. The paddle was going round unimpeded by dough. And I'd been so careful to measure out all the ingredients... scooped the dry stuff back down, added the water, reset it and hoping for the best now.
