Done some of my list but still a bit to get through. But am off work until Friday so all day to do it.
Ds2 has walked dog so I might just have a walk along clifftop later?

I have to adjust my indoor bike/trainer set up as I have changed the saddle to the same one as my outdoor bike.

I also need to get rid of the headache I have (done stretches, yoga, drank water. I might have to resort to actual painkillers)

I am also 3 weeks behind on The Walking Dead so I should crack on there.

I cooked a nice easy lunch. Chinese garlic chicken baked in the oven. I just made it up with peppers and onions. I did some washing and bleached the bath. Easy jobs.

Still need to do hanging baskets, tidy bedroom and clean floors. But am watching tipping point

oooh I have some chicken thighs (and peppers, come to think...) in the fridge right now - I will take your lunch as inspiration for dinner tomorrow!

It only took minutes to prepare. I threw in peppers onion and chicken. Then added 4 crushed garlic cloves, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice, bit honey and sesame oil oh and a touch of coconut oil. Seasoned with black pepper mixed together and baked 30 mins covered and 10 uncovered. I actually think it'd be nicer marinated overnight first.

That's good you ring your family @BiddyPop. I talk to brother and sister on messenger. I speak to ds1 and a couple of friends on the phone but it's mainly messenger contact.
