On the one hand I think it would be positive to keep up a routine (we do a bit of school work in the morning with more free time in afternoon but no tv etc until after ‘school’ hours).

On the other hand I think we could all maybe do with a break :)

We’ve been ill here so the schooling’s been pretty hit and miss anyway...

I might need to, because, as a keyworker, I didn't have time to do all the work set for my year 4 DC this week. We couldn't get the website where the work is set to work until yesterday and we still don't know how to produce the work (it says research the topic and produce work that includes pictures and embedded youtube links using a programme neither of us have ever seen before). I will probably keep up at least a bit of reading and online maths for both DC, as that would be expected during the holidays normally. They might resort to it from boredom if we can't find much else to do. I also saw some work on the school's website yesterday that said week beginning 6th April, so the school might be expecting us to continue even though they are closed even for keyworkers.

Nope. Total break for the holidays here. We are both teachers and dh is actually in charge of the distance learning from his school (which our dc both go to) and we aren't getting ours to do any work at all during the holidays. We wouldn't normally in the school holidays (except for the couple of bits of homework they get), so why do so now? We are halfway through the holidays here. Dc have been taking it easy, playing games, watching films, reading, going on dog walks etc.
