Next - anyone still receiving orders?

I know Next has closed down temporarily. However, ordered some clothes on the sale for son who came home for a weekend, and has ended up staying (for the duration.). It said originally they were due to be delivered on April 4th. I’ve had no notification of any update on delivery, or that the order has been cancelled.

Wondered whether anyone else has had a recent Next delivery, that perhaps was already in the system before closure, or whether everything has now stopped?

I made orders on the 21st and 25th of March and haven't received anything. Tracking unavailable. I can cancel items from my 25th order but not the 21st.
I'm quite happy to wait until they're open again to receive them I'd just like to know what's going on

My orders were 21st and 25 th March also! I don’t have the option to cancel. Mind you don’t really want to cancel the Barbour jumper with dog design I ordered for £18.

Oh that is a bargain! I didn't buy myself anything as I couldn't be bothered to scroll through thousands of items but I've ordered all the kids stuff as they're growing out of theirs.

Next have a message on their website to say that any are going to be cancelled, a few days after they had closed.

I ordered items on the 19th March in the sake . Iv not received anything . My order is saying to be delivered 9th April.

The website is saying that if you havnt received items by now they will cancel and refund . I don't have the option to cancel either .

Looks like it’s a m and m direct order then for DS, as he’s running out of clothes!

The next payment I made hasn’t been processed either. I assumed this was done automatically.

On our daily walk around the estate yesterday, I saw some Next parcels outside someone's house, so maybe there is still hope!

I ordered some next sale bits for my daughter that were due today, no sign of them so I’m guessing the order will cancelled at some point.

I have two things ordered from 24th march. In order tracking, one of them (non-sale) says 'Planned to be delivered to your address by Tue 21st April' but still has 'cancel item' underneath, but the other doesn't say anything and there's no option to cancel it. It's the first one I really want; not bothered if the second doesn't turn up, as it was just an impulse seal item I bunged into my basket. Doubt I'll see either, though, as I've not seen our local courier around since lockdown.

There has been a skeleton team in the main Next site today sorting and sending out the parcels that were packed just before it shut, once these have been processed by the couriers they will know exactly what is where.

I placed an order before they closed. It was due to be delivered on the Monday but I had an email saying there would be a delay (as I’ve had before) but nothing since.

I’ve now had an email from Feefo asking me to leave a review!

Just received an email saying that the order has been cancelled.

I think they will be sending items out but it might take a bit longer if there are not as many staff

I think if you haven't had your order by now you won't be getting it. I got this today re my sale order
