Llandudno has been taken over by goats!

The lack of humans, traffic and noise has made some of the mountain goats who usually live on the Great Orme come down into the town do a bit of exploring! They are in peoples gardens, on walls, in the church yard, in the empty hotel gardens eating the hedges and one has even climbed on someone's roof!

Nice to know that some are having fun during the lockdown!

The reference to the Special song is funny and the video at night of them all standing two metres apart as they chew the hedge!

I would quite like polar bears, actually. It might stop all the 'essential exercisers' descending over Easter. If the police don't stop them, the polar bears might.

I've been following this on Twitter for the last few days, it has really cheered me up. I check in a couple of times a day for updates. Each time a photo or video is added there seems to be one more goat.

It just shows you though how quickly animals take to claim the land after we’ve (albeit temporarily) gone.
