Can I have a thread where anyone can pop in and moan about their neighbours without being told to shut up?

After a week my neighbours are really irritating me.

On one side I have the neighbour who thinks the rules are for everyone else but her. In the last week she's been to a family party with extended family at one of their homes. Her sister has 'popped' in most days, Her mum and her mother in law have been round. And she's been out visiting them.

On the other side I have a family with three very young children who would normally be at nursery and school and every day they've shoved the children in the garden and shut the door. They never have an adult in the garden! All I hear on and off is the children squabbling, then crying, and we've had to speak to the children several times because their parents are indoors!

Anyone else want to have a rant?

I am so relieved we moved at the beginning of the year. In a terrace previously. One neighbour had a hot tub used constantly and loudly with feral children. Other neighbour constantly barking large dogs.

Mine I don’t hear a peep from during the day. But night? They take the piss. Which is a shame really cause I really like the mum but she’s a carer on shifts so I suspect the noise is when she isn’t it. It seems to be matching up.

Moan away!

Oh thank God. The lad in the flat below me is really annoying me with strange sounds. They are not loud enough to complain about really but I’m just finding it really distracting. I live in converted building so walls are solid so god knows what hes doing. I spend far too much time thinking about it.

The dogs. Oh my fucking god, the dogs. I'm surrounded by them.

Also, my neighbours on both sides have decided lockdown is a great time to get all their DIY done and I'm on work calls all day.

Not neighbour related but I also had no idea how many bloody trucks use my street during the day, despite being prohibited from doing so.

Next door is out being a loud arsehole on his phone with the music on in the garden, with a beer while I'm trying to do full days work to keep projects designed that he will probably later construct. I want to yell at him but it would make no difference.

Two doors the other was the children regularly have screaming competitions, that's not anything to do with lockdown, they always do that and it's always really fucking annoying.

He’s banging now ..I think he’s just a really heavy footed person. Never seen him.
