Any field care supervisors here?

N/c as my I don't want current work colleagues identifying me.

I've recently been offered a job as a FCS, but the hours weren't really explained much, I have emailed the manager so I'm waiting for a response. So, can anyone help me while I wait?

Would you mind telling me your shift patterns and your daily routine?

In my experience of dom care the FCS often works very long hours covering calls, possibly doing on call service as well as their usual duties.

The ones I've worked with often pulled in a lot more than 40 hours a week and many days without a day off.

Their is often a high turnover due to the hours and the stress of the job.
