Gluten free pasta

Has anyone managed to buy any gluten free pasta? And if so, where from?

DS (12) is down to his last half a bag and we're using this sparingly. Not easy when you have quite a fusspot! We've not bought any for weeks as it hasn't been in stock and I'm not quite sure how we'll get through the next 6 months 😯

I've seen quite a bit of it about. There was some in Sainsburys near the normal pasta.

I usually buy my rice pasta from Amazon. They are out of stock on some brands , but seem to have some today.

We got some from morrisons. That was nearly 2 weeks ago though. That was our only local supermarket that had any.

@PurpleDaisies please post on your local Facebook group to find someone nearby who really needs it - you won't like it honestly and there are genuine coeliac people who can't feed themselves as during the panic buying once the normal pasta ran out shoppers stripped the gf aisles too.

I’ve already given it away to a friend with coeliac’s disease.

I thought it was chilli penne but it was gluten free red lentil.

I can't find any, I only have a Tesco locally and it's been sold out since this all started.

I managed to get some from a local farm shop- yes it's more expensive but if you're desperate?! They had loads in stock. Managed to get a bag of chickpea Ugo pasta too, in the fresh aisle of Sainsbury's. Good luck in your search.

It's obviously out there then, I just have to locate it! There's been no nevin our supermarkets and we have pretty much every one within 5 miles. Avocado may be the way forward 🤞

Sainsbury's had it Saturday near me.

They didn't have the macoroni which is what I actually wanted though! (Yes I get now isn't the time to be fussy!)

I know Lidl sell it. Though haven't seen it in a while.

I guess Sainsburys and Tesco do their own free from but I guess these days of hoarding , a lot of people will have bought it by mistake or otherwise cos it is the only stuff left!
