Coronavirus- posting for traffic!

Sorry for putting this in the wrong place but I’m hoping you can help me and DH settle an argument before he goes to work

Toddler DD had a very high temp Saturday night. It was better yesterday morning and then shot up again last night and was not coming down very much even with calpol. She’s better this morning although still feels warm to me. She has been coldy- runny nose and sticky eyes for day. I think that DH should now stay home in case this is it. DH says because she doesn’t have the temp now that he should go to work.

The requirement is that if some one in your home develops a temperature or a dry cough the entire household need to self isolate for 14 days. So, he does need to stay home now and not go in to work.

might be coronavirus, might be any number of other illnesses.

Everybody still needs to self isolate for 14 days.
