Why has Tesco wiped my orders?

I know it's impossible to get a slot at the moment but I went on my app to look just in case. I used to have a subscription thing and regularly had deliveries but haven't done for several months. I went on the app and it says I don't have any favourites. I thought this was odd so clicked on last order and it says come back when you have made your first order! I've made hundreds of orders over the years. What's going on?

I believe they’ve cancelled orders where they haven’t got the pickers or the drivers for them.

They did an update about a month ago and I had to re enter bank details etc...

Some of my purchases don't appear in favourites any more though.

At the moment it's very hit and miss if my favourites appear.

Probably just a glitch

Thanks just seemed odd. It's my previous orders that have been deleted and I have no favourites list or usuals as it looks like I've never made an order. In fact if says come back when you've made your first order!

Maybe just a glitch.

I read somewhere that it could be if your order had more than 80 items - order done before they updated to that policy.
