Oven thermostat knackered

I'm part way through cooking a turkey thing (the sort that comes in a foil tray - small) and the rcd tripped. I flipped it back on, but oven back on and now the temperature is not rising. Can I continue cooking it another way?

Is it small enough to pot roast? Depending what sort of turkey 'thing' (bone or not?) it is, you could try putting it in a pan with some sort of liquid - canned tomato or stock - and finishing it off that way?

I've decided to bin it, because I don't know how long it cooked for and it was still pink in places. I did try slicing it up and frying but then I thought that may constitute as re-heating so it's a take-away for me I think. Irritating.
