You don't apply BODMAS principles.

The B in BODMAS stands for Brackets and there are NO BRACKETS!

Everything, That just means you deal with the brackets before the other operations. If there are no brackets, you move on to the subsequent operations.

So what if there are no brackets? That’s irrelevant. It just tells you the order in which to do the calculations. If there are no brackets, you just go down the list in order and do the next one that applies.

No Everything, I’m afraid you’re wrong on this.

The multiplication has to be done before the addition because of BODMAS/BIDMAS.

The fact that there are no brackets is irrelevant.
