How to get your child to stay in bed beyond 6am? Change the clocks! We got up at 6.10 today and I can pretend that it's a humane hour!! Problem solved!

Can anyone else solve the lighthearted problems of the world?

Nice try. I got kicked out of my own bed at 3 am, then everyone came to join me on the sofa at what would have been 4:45. *yawns

Ah man! That massively sucks. Mine stayed in bed until 5 and 5.30 (6 and 6.30 new time!). The perils of two preschoolers

I wish they'd wake up, I'm bored and miserable.

My 9 year old still gets up between 5.30 and 6 without fail, no matter when he goes to bed. I am moving us over to Sundial Time as soon as possible, so it stings less!

I was so impressed DD had slept in until 7:15. Then I realised the clocks had gone back and she had got up exactly at her usual time! At least bed will be an hour earlier 🙂

I am debating putting them to bed an hour later so we have more civilised mornings, but that means we won't be child free until 8:30 and I normally go to bed at 9!
