Very specific holiday recommendations needed

If by some miracle I don’t lose my job during Covid, I would love to do a holiday after all this is over. I am after some recommendations, with some very specific criteria. I feel like if mumsnet doesn’t know anywhere then it must not exist!

• we have a toddler who is travel sick, so needs to be a short plane ride (2 hours tops), and ideally no car journey at the other end. So somewhere we can fly to then get public transport to our end destination
• needs to have nice apartments so we can get two bedrooms, or a hotel with a separate area in the room for kids. Whenever we have shared hotel rooms before the toddlers sleep goes to pot.
• needs to have nice restaurants/bars, but obviously be family friendly
• a pool/nice beach/nice town would be lovely

Any ideas massively welcome!

If you can stretch to a longer flight then Costa Adeje in Tenerife was lovely, we stayed at the Tagoro family and fun hotel, lovely hotel, the Merlin rooms are great for kids, it's about 20 mins from the airport and while we had a car i think buses go too, the hotel is a 15 min walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat.
