Hi just looking for some advice, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and a support worker for adults with learning disabilities, I planned to work for the next 6 weeks and start maternity leave 2 weeks before I'm due, however due to the virus the government are advising pregnant women to stay at home especially if in 3rd trimester, my work won't pay me and say I need to start my maternity leave early or take unpaid leave, does anyone know if I can dispute this? Thanks
