How can I get rid of scratches on the inside of the toilet bowl?

This is obviously not of national importance but I've somehow done this to my toilet.

I don't think I've done anything different to normal, cleaning wise, but obviously have as these have just appeared.

I'm a very keen but terrible cleaner with a horrible habit of destroying things I try to clean.

Any ideas on how I can fix it?

It looks like limescale. You need limescale remover for toilets. Pour in, let sit overnight, scrub off in the morning.

Would limescale come up literally overnight? The toilet was cleaned a few days ago so worried I've scratched it somehow with cleaner? I didn't use anything metal or abrasive I don't think
