Hi, in need of help or advice.
Recent custody battle and fathers won’t custody and this is currently being written up in a court order. I as a grandparent have major safeguarding concerns about the father and the fathers mother whom he and the children will be living with. Can I as a grandparent go for emergency custody or emergency guardianship, anything that’d going to keep them safe?
