Supermarket NHS/Vulnerable Hour

SimplySteveRedux · 26/03/2020 20:59

DP is blind, has a blind card. I'm bedbound/wheelchair. Tomorrow is the first time going shopping since introduced. We're not elderly.

Will we be allowed in? Should we take proof of disability/vulnerability?

Yes you will. DP isn't elderly but does have a disability (mobility issue) walks with a stick but needs to use scooter trolley to shop, and he's not been turned away

Please double-check that you're going at the correct time for your chosen supermarket. The stated hours have changed a few times in the last week.

Yep, have checked hours for it. Thank you.
