Comedy Exercise attempts

I will shortly be entertaining my neighbours by doing fewer than I'm optimistically saying laps of the little cul de sac where I live - it's my solution to the combination of a teeny garden, and being a lone parent.

I usually run three times a week while they're in school/with grandparents, so I thought I'd keep doing loops waving at DC through their window that faces the road. They are highly amused by this plan (and just old enough to be left for a short while) and I suspect my elderly neighbours will also find it hilarious.

Anyone else making a proper show of themselves by lockdown-exercising?

I bought a skipping rope. Nuff said.

I dusted off my treadmill and wheeled it out of the garage so I could run in the sunshine. My usual running routes near me are busier than ever. My neighbours must think I'm nuts!

It was 15 laps to make three miles. My kids quickly lost interest, but one of my neighbours (age 90+) waved every single time I lumbered past, bless his heart Grin
