Online prescription services

Has anyone used either Pharmacy2u or Superdrug pharmacy? I'll need a repeat prescription of the pill soon and my usual pharmacy doesn't stock it so I was thinking of trying one of the online pharmacies as I can't get a paper prescription at the moment to try different chemists.

Thanks in advance

I've recently used Pharmacy2U and they were fine - there was a mix up over the prescription charge but I emailed them and it was sorted straight away. Is use them again.

*I'd not is

I use Superdrug, no issues. Good price, fast delivery and helpful customer service on the one occasion I needed it because of a Royal Mail mess up.

Thanks all, I'll give one of them a try. I prefer to use my usual independent pharmacy but needs must!

I use Pharmacy 2U, no problems.

I thought I'd update this. Pharmacy2 U were useless, it took 3 weeks with 4 or 5 follow ups from me before they told me they couldn't get my pill. They then cancelled from the prescription which is fair enough but didn't send the other item, which was in stock!

I eventually got a different pill from Lloyds Echo and the communication has been great. They couldn't get the original pill so told me what they could get with the same ingredients so I could speak to my GP and dispensed it the day after they received the prescription from the doctor.

I use Pharmacy2U.

Deliveries take longer than usual at the moment for obvious reasons. Most months it’s brilliant, I order from the app then the postman brings it. I get insulin and it always arrives cold.

If there is a problem though, it’s a large call centre you talk to. It’s not the trained pharmacist who knows the idiots across the road at the GP surgery and will ring to amend the prescription.
The person in the call centre will argue with you that tresiba penfill is exactly the same as tresiba flextouch because they’ve just googled it. The fact I need 1/2units doesn’t matter.
