So what’s everyone doing to keep fit?

I am just over 50.

3m dog walk in the morning. Very lucky to live rurally and can walk for miles without seeing anyone.

Then when me and daughter finish working from home at 5pm we are doing a 15min beginners workout from YouTube (EmiWong). When we can do it all the way through we will change to some other workout.

Also, at lunchtime she and I walk up and down the stairs 6 times (we’re building up to 10)

Stay safe everyone 💐

Running with the dogs (live in a v small town, and after 5 minutes I'm on a path no one else uses) so that dh can use his out time to cycle. On alternate days ds runs with me, the others he cycles with dh (which means dh has to work a lot harder).
I also do Fit in 5 on Sky first thing - usually 2 or 3 episodes
Before all this I was running 3 times a week, swimming 3 times, plus a couple of cycles - and 10k steps a day. We have an indoor bike setup, so we can also do that if need be

30-60 min walk 3-4 times per week.
2-3 spin class from home sessions (rented a spin bike from our local gym for the month).
Might add 1-2 yoga classes per week.

Joe Wicks! I couldn't put on my socks this morning!

And I bought Zumba for the kids Switch. Haven't tried it yet. Am spectacularly uncoordinated but it should be fun for me and DS.
