Is killing me off!!

Did 2 days with the children at work and today's with my own children.

I can't move - good job I don't need to leave the house as my legs no longer work!!

I've been doing it every morning too. It's a proper workout isn't it!! I was thinking that if I keep it up and don't drink all the wine I might end this whole thing in better shape than I started!

Did day one at school, day two with DH and today with two DD.

I hurt, but I’m loving it! I hope he makes the 1m live joining in.

Just done today’s - I haven’t exercised like that since I was in primary school twenty years ago - dyspraxia and bullying stopped me from even trying . Feeling very good now ! Will keep going with it !

I’ve been doing it. It’s tough but we feel great after. I have to say I take some happiness from the fact Joe is sweaty and out of breath. So it is a difficult workout 😊

I tried this yesterday after seeing another thread. My initial thoughts were 'it cant be that bad its for kids'
I turned it off 20 minutes in, had a stitch and still struggling walking up the stairs. Doing it with my son later and dreading it lol.
