Such an exciting thread. I'm not prone to mouth ulcers but I had a tooth out nearly a week ago and now I've got about 5 mouth ulcers along my gum which are ducking uncomfortable...nothing stops them from hurting...I wonder if they are linked to the extraction? It's got to be over 20 years since I last had one.

Almost certainly related to the extraction
Aloclair is a mouthwash gel.
The relief is instant.
I have an autoimmune disorder that causes frequent mouth ulcers.
Aloclair is the only thing that works for me

Salt water mouthwash, 3 times a day. Might hurt while you do it, but you'll get pain relief and it'll heal faster.

I’ve just had mouth ulcers and they were excruciating. So bad on 3 days I ate nothing bar around 200 calories of Jelly.
I used a spray (trying to remember the name!) which gave some instant numbing to the area. Gargled with salt water couple of time’s a day. Mine are just healing after 2 weeks

Two weeks 😢😢😡 Jesus wept, no.
