Ice cream van, essential?

Playing upstairs with my son and I hear an ice cream van driving around the estate.
Pretty sure that isn't an essential role right now?

In my area the ice cream man has changed from ice cream to deliver milk, bread and essentials to older and disabled people

Our local ice cream vans now have milk, bread, potatoes etc... on board. Really good for people that can't get to the shops.

It's literally still just Ice cream from the looks of it, i should have said in op, one of my neighbours put photos on the estate Facebook page of him selling to a group of 6 children.
