Suicidal when something goes wrong? This is the case with my sister. I know it’s an illnesses but was just wondering if this is normal presentation.

These people have experienced very complex trauma in their lives and this is why their emotions are so extreme. When something goes ‘wrong’ they don’t know how to process it.

If something really disturbing has happened then often they feel no way out and can feel suicidal, yes.

Yes, backyard has put it well. It's like an automatic reaction that can seem like a huge overreaction to others- somethings gone slightly wrong = suicidal panic.

Yep. It takes something quite small and I feel like my life isn't worth living anymore. Tiny problems and I have a huge meltdown. Very common for someone with eupd.
