Sky Broadband

Hi
Does anyone know if when you upgrade sky broadband you lose Internet for a few hours?
Supposed to go live today sometime up to midnight, but Internet has been off since about 10 this morning.
Four of us working from home, obv if that's what happens we'll work through it. I can't get hold of sky

Op what happened on this please? I was thinking of upgrading our sky broadband to super fast but can’t risk our connection as we have to wfh

It did sort itself out. I had assumed it would just switch from one to the other. We had been without Internet for a couple of hours when I posted. But we were without Internet for about 4 hours in the end, we managed though, it has made a huge difference so worth one day of not being as productive.
Timing info though. We had upgraded on 8th March and 24th was the date we were given so it took a couple of weeks to activate.
