Yellow Sharps Bucket

A large sized one of these has just been delivered to my front door. No packaging no address. While there are vulnerable people within the household nobody uses sharps. I am assuming it's a mistake. I was wondering if somebody who does get these delivered can tell me who to contact so that maybe I can place it at the correct address.

Could you take it to your local GP

The district nurses will deliver and collect these. I had one dropped off when I had to start injecting myself.

I order mine with the rest of my prescription, however the pharmacies have very strict rules on not accepting prescription items back once they have been issued. Could try dropping it back in though and see what they say.

Mine is also supplied by a pharmacy.

District Nurse will only pick up if they dropped it off and only if there is a patient with a clinical need.
Phone local pharmacies as they leave supplies on doorsteps or post through letterboxes.

Sorry, I've ony just noticed replies. I'll ask at my nearby pharmacy and take it when I next collect a prescription if they'll have it. I left it visible from the road in case anybody realised they'd made a mistake but it's still there.
