My (70+, disabled) mum managed to order one yesterday. She is so relieved, she has never used on line delivery for her shopping before now so doesn’t have any existing accounts. She’s tried now and couldn’t get a delivery slot anyway.
She is very aware she might not like everything in the box (she knows she is a bit fussy) but is really happy she has something coming at last and is up for making do.
Big thumbs up to Morrison’s as they have succeeded doing something elderly people were able to access quickly and easily. Just the standardised box makes it so much quicker and easier for them to process the orders for example, it’s a super idea.
