Scared to work

I'm a nurse, in a day unit (clinical area.) I work 2 days a week. Haven't been near a ward in 15 yrs.

I don't want to be redeployed. I'd rather not work at all.

I could easily walk away financially. I have 3 young kids.
My Facebook full of people praising the NHS staff. I just want to walk away and hide at home with my family.
I'm scared

I’m not surprised, it seems the rest of us are allowed to be scared and your supposed to be stoic. You do what you need to do for your family and your sanity. Don’t let pressure from government or peers remove your choices. 💐

I feel for you. I've been in a mad panic about my DC for a few days. I don't know how I'd cope being on the front line. Will they let you pull out? You have to do what's right for you.
