Is any one else having problems? My card has just been declined twice for an online purchase of vegetable seeds. It was declined over the phone for something last week too. I have the funds - I've just checked. Is this because my bank's system.is overloaded or does it mean I need to try and talk to them? I only have 1 card, no credit card and have just paid all the cash I had been saving for a big purchase into my account as it seemed more sensible now.
