Places to live near coventry

Hi I am originally from whetstone in leicester and I now live in keresley in coventry as that is where my partner is from but I am not settling and miss a more village life. Does anyone have any suggestions for a middle ground between the two with an easy commute to coventry? Thanks

Whetstone is only about 25 miles away, is that commutable?

Have a look at Brinklow.

The Magnas and Parvas in Leicestershire are pretty villages. Market Bosworth is a nice town too.

Bulkington, Wolvey or Shilton (although the latter is very close to the main road!)

One of the Dunsmore villages? Stretton is lovely, Ryton a bit rough but good road links and lots of countryside, or any a bit more towards Rugby.

We're in Kenilworth and love it here.

Corley, Fillongley, Meriden, Berkswell, Catherine de Barnes, Hampton in Arden, Balsall Common. Have you looked at any of these? All very commutable with good village life.

Hi my partner doesn't want to live that far he said the max he would go is sharnford sort of area but there dont seem to be many houses for sale. I want to be more leicester side as my parents wont drive on the motorway xx I have looked but alot of those areas dont seem to have a 3 bed for around £220000

I don’t think you’ll get a 3 bedroom house for that price in a village. You’d have to look at towns. Rugby is a nice town and you might get something there, Lutterworth is more affordable. Neither need the motorway to Coventry.
