Been in self isolation now since Wednesday as I have a cold w/ symptoms of the virus so being extra careful.
Feeling slightly better cough and tiredness wise so I'm having a little nap now after only have 2hrs sleep due to blocked nose then I have quite a lot of cleaning/tidying to do as we are moving next week and the place is a tip!
Later this evening I will do some yoga for congestion (Yoga with Adrienne does a great 'sick' yoga routine)!
Hoping I'll be better by Wednesday and whilst I'll still be self isolating for the future until this is all under control I hope to at least walk my dog on the beach in the evening when it's empty to get some fresh air.
