It's my first Mother's Day!

I just wanted to share how happy I am. DH is going to cook me a bacon roll while I bask in it. I didn't know if I'd ever be a mum (DS took years to conceive). So I'm just bloody delighted to have my first Mother's Day as his mum. I'll spend the day snuggling my gorgeous squidgy boy and as it looks lovely out there might spend a bit of time in the garden.

Happy Mother’s Day, thank you for your post. I was feeling sorry for myself that my first Mother’s Day as a mum to 2 isn’t spent how I hoped but your post has reminded me that I have a lot to be thankful for today and can make the most of the sun in the garden with my children

Happy Mother's Day! It's my second but DS was only a few weeks old last time so were very much in the newborn haze. This year's is looking good, I've already had a lie in, breakfast in bed and lots of cuddles Grin
