Ocado orders

Have managed to get onto ocado website to edit my Tuesday evening order, but both this and my order the following week are showing as orders past their cut off time that can’t be edited. Can’t get on love chat either.

Anyone else experiencing this?

They said on their website that during this busy time they might bring forward the cut-off date and recommended editing as early as possible.

But up until yesterday evening you could only go on to edit orders from Saturday to Monday - it says it’s open to edit orders from this tues - fir now, but once in you can’t edit....

I guess you'll just have to try later. I think their website is in meltdown at the moment

I went to edit my delivery that came yesterday on Friday evening and I could only delete items nothing could be added it was all out of stock.

Yes - has a delivery yesterday of ‘placeholders’ from when I could get in ages ago. Really need to sort out next Saturday’s delivery properly but it won’t let me edit it.

I got in really quickly at 2.45am - only 35 people in front of me!

(Having issues sleeping at the moment).

I clearly missed the tiny window for editing orders for Monday. They've also cancelled my delivery slot for Friday 3rd so I've emailed.

I recommend early morning too. I was on around 6am, and waited about 85 people to get onto the site, less than a minute.

That's said, thank God it didn't accept my usual placeholder order which is usually two dozen bottles of champagne
