Question about Tesco home delivery

Fraggle45 · 22/03/2020 06:24

We're in self isolating and have a Tesco order due at lunchtime

My bank shows a charge for £25 less than the order, is there a way to find out what's missing/subs before the come as I've asked them to leave the bags outside

Thanks

Check the app. Your basket will have updated to show what's out of stock. I did an online asda one the other day and went to shop my husband what I'd ordered in case I missed anything. Half the basket was now "out of stock". I think they will just send what they have on the day.

I don't know if you cans we what substitutions there are though... The list will show that when they deliver. You can refuse the substitutions thatyou think are unsuitable.

No reliable way with Tesco. Half my basket said unavailable yesterday morning but then everything arrived as it should bar one pack of noodles!

Thanks, with Asda & Morrison's they email the list that the driver brings so wondered if it was online and I couldn't find it

Anyone have any idea how subs work in isolation? Obv I can't see the driver

I guess they could post list through the door and you could shout out anything you don't want and they can remove it?
