Bit of a long shot but does anyone have one of these left over since Christmas?
Dd has one and wants to make it but the box with the instructions has been damaged. Does anyone have the instructions? Thanks

We have a cast iron skillet brownie baking set here, not sure if it's Primark and can't upload a photo just now. The brownie mix is 59g and you will need 1tsp vegetable oil, 1 small egg and 1tbsp water.

Instructions say preheat oven to 163 C (seems odd but presume it's converted from F).

Empty brownie mix into mixing bowl and add the vegetable oil, egg and water.

Mix with wooden spoon until completely mixed and pour onto skillet.

Bake for 13 - 15 minutes. Remove skillet from the oven using an oven mitt taking care as the handle is very hot.

Cool for 5 mins.

Skillet is hand wash only and is for oven use - not to be used on stove top, electric hob or induction cooker.

Will try to load photo again.

Thanks so much. We'll try that.

I have one! The instructions are different to the ones above I think. I’ve taken a photo it the writing is teeny. Give me a minute and I’ll type it out.

You will need:
2 tbsp softened butter
1tbsp water
Veg oil (for greasing the skillet)

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Combine brownie mix hazelnut spread and butter in a bowl.
  3. Stir until blended completely.
  4. Use veg oil to grease the bottom and sides of skillet.
  5. Pour batter into the skillet and spread evenly.
  6. Place skillet in oven to bake for 15-18 mins or until cooked.
  7. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

Thanks. I think that's actually the right one. I can just make out 2tbs butter on our package.
Glad I posted now. Dd will be delighted.

No problem 😊.

Be careful because the skillet/handle stays piping hot for ages! Cover the handle with a tea towel or something when eating.

We made these yesterday!
