Anyone awake?

Would love some company, periodic insomnia here. Haven't slept a wink and alarm will be going off in about 90 mins, sooo frustrated!

Dog woke me up for a wee. Now I can't get back to sleep. My nose is all bunged up. Working at 8am. I have horrible back ache! Flowers for everyone

I’m awake. Feeding 2 week old DS. 6 year old DS next to me in the bed. DH next to him. Crossing fingers 4 year old DD doesn’t wake up and get in as well Hmm

@AnnieS2511 I hope so too, you're right in the thick of it (understatement to say the least) I hope for all your sakes it takes a downward trajectory sooner rather later. I can't imagine what it must be like, awful.

@nomorewine77 to be fair my family in particular hasn't felt it that bad, apart from not being allowed to leave the house, which is ok because we have a garden and just enjoying our time as a family together. But the general atmosphere is scary and surreal.. Hope this is all over soon... Anyways! It seems like DD is finally ready to go back to sleep so thank you all for the company and stay safe!!!

@Trees2905 DS 1 (22) and DS 3 (12) were frequent early risers and bed hoppers, is amazing how bodies can get into a double bed when they want to!Grin

Yes...couldn't sleep so came online. Managed to get a food delivery slot for 3 weeks time, happy days. Working on some ideas for activities next week for key worker's children so we can make it fun and educational at the same time and doing some laundry.

Have resigned myself to the thought of zero sleep, dogs will get a super early, long walk! At least I've turned the light on downstairs ( and sorted a hot water bottle ) so I'm not sitting like a weird lump in the corner of the sofa in the pitch black! Would give anyone coming downstairs quite the turn Grin

@KTD27 sorry you are feeling unwell, what we would usually put down as an inconvenience and rubbish is something else now, try not to worry although I realise how pathetic that sounds. I'm immunocompromised due to RA meds, its a constant niggle in the back of my mind. Flowers

I'm up. Just watching location location location. I'm still struggling 20 months into a divorce. I hate climbing into bed by myself so I'm usually up Friday evening then I collapse I'm so tired on Saturday evening.

I’ve been awake for about forty minutes. The cats asleep, my boyfriends asleep and my son is asleep half on me so I can barely move.

Guess who is going to be grumpy today!

I've been awake since 4 with bad period pain. I've taken paracetamol and ibuprofen and have a hot water bottle but none of that is really working 😭 the kids will be up in an hour. I'm knackered 😩

Wide awake. My 3 month old is symptomatic and I just cannot sleep. Sad For the past 2 days I've just lay awake and watched hin. I know it's not sustainable but my brain cannot switch off. I'm constantly thinking how sorry I am he's been born into such a horrible period of history.

@SwimForBrighterDays it's awful isn't it? I can't manage without codeine every month, am due on too within the next few days although recently started a new pill so am hoping it won't be so bad.
