Being asked to return to help during the crisis according to a BBC article. But aren't most of them likely to be in the group who should self-isolate for 12 weeks? Has anyone on MN been contacted to return?

My son is a care worker, he could work 24/7 if he’s able.
He’s just started,
His clients love him cos he’s laid back, likes a laugh and and a bit of banter.
I think his employers are relieved, he’s come along.
They think the sun shines out of him
