Will keep it short
After not being successful with medical procedure in contraception in Wyndham vale Marie stopes went for surgical procedure in east stkilda and decided to do permanent treatments and requested and paid copper id placement . Paid 185 dollars and came home .
After 3 months pregnant again . Found out that the doctors negligence he didn't put the copper I'd and have to go thru the procedure again . They realise it's their mistake and asked us to do the the procedure again refunding the money .
What should we do
Can we sue them . After all the trouble and pain I've been thru .
