I was wondering if anyone was in the same situation?
I have shared custody with ExH. I work in an essential role and he does not.
Some of the schools in our area have decreed that both parents need to be in the essential role in order for their kids to continue attending school.
My ExH will absolutely not have the kids on my days. Nor do I want him to have them really. But I'm concerned they won't be allowed to go to school.
I only need them to go to school 3 days a week when I'm working (he has them the other 2 week days). Do you think they'd let me send them on my 3 days?
The school refuse to communicate about this at the moment and say we'll find out generically tomorrow afternoon, but it's rather late!
I know no one can answer for me, it would just be nice to hear other people's experiences if they have any!
