That sounds delicious.

EthelMayFergus · 19/03/2020 19:44

We're isolating here as dh developed symptoms today. I currently have salt and vinegar crisps, bacardi, bounties and macaroons. And ham sandwiches, apparently I make a lovely ham sandwich

Wolfiefan · 19/03/2020 21:06

I haven’t got bounty bars.
Sob.
I may have had a glass of wine.
Feeling a little tired and emotional. Blush

I’m debating a glass of port. Bought some at Christmas and didn’t drink it. Might regret it in the morning though!
Grated cheese or sour cream on the chilli? Try one. Yummy!
Films? Saw today a channel or streaming service offering daft numbers of Christmas films. Quite fancy that. Is that mad??

Guacamowle · 19/03/2020 21:28

I have gin, fancy tonic waters, Doritos, cream eggs and watermelon. I am quite happy that this offers a balanced diet, but DH is moaning about the lack of fresh veg and bread. Don't know why he's moaning - I gave him the last of the Christmas frozen sprouts with his fish fingers ( left from last DGC visit) for his tea....

coldwarenigma · 19/03/2020 21:30

Christmas films? Not just mad, utterly insane

Really? I quite fancied it. Blush

I'm stockpiling alcohol. I don't think my family or neighbours would let me starve but I'm not sure I could convince them of the importance of a glass of red on a very regular basis.
So my offer is red wine

LefttoherownDevizes · 19/03/2020 21:57

Well kids thought soup made from left over risotto, left over lentil soup and stock was delicious which stands is in good stead for being able to eat through supplies fort next 14 days. Home made baguettes look the deal too, planned for breakfast

Really fancy bounty and maltesers now though, and Will see if enough butter to make shortbread

Teacaketotty · 23/03/2020 13:32

I think we need clarification on the Dorito preference here OP, red Doritos and sour cream dip are the best!

coldwarenigma · 24/03/2020 12:34

Cheesy Doritos and sour cream dip are the way to go @teacaketotty Wink

So, we are holed up, what you all doing?

Lime Doritos are the best, with garlic dip. Those chili heat ones are the next best.

I am eating Pom Bears. The next time I get to a shop I am buying Doritos.
