Coffee over facetime??

My friend and I both self isolating so meeting once a day over facetime for coffee.

It's nice and makes us feel less cut off. However whilst I can see and hear her clearly at her end I'm all pixelated and voice broken.... She thinks it's the WiFi at my end, but I thought hers?

Anyone less technically challenged know the answer?

Think that was clear as mud Confused

At my end she is coming through loud and clear.

At her end I'm not.

Try another platform? If you're doing it on your phone the connection is likely to be weaker than using Skype for example. Microsoft team meetings is meant to be good, too (never used it). I'd try something via your desktop/laptop and see if there's any difference.

Try using Zoom its pretty stable. But it's possibly your connection, it helps to turn off the camera or screen sharing.

I only have a phone... No pc.

Tried messenger video call then WhatsApp.... It was more a question about which end was having the WiFi issue... Mine or hers?
